Our policies

Message us on WhatsApp, use the booking page or call. Tell us your town and we'll offer the next open time on the day we visit your area. Booking takes no deposit: your time is held, and you pay after the visit.

We ask for 24 hours' notice to move or cancel, by WhatsApp or phone. If the van arrives and it isn't a good moment, we wait a few minutes, then cut in the time that's left or move your visit to another day.

If nobody is home when the van arrives, we call, wait a few minutes and move on to the next visit. We'll message you to find a new time.

Children are welcome from age 3. A parent or guardian stays in the room for every child's cut. Family and friends can sit with you during yours.

If something isn't right, tell us within a few days and we'll come back and make it right. Tell Asael before he packs up and he'll fix it on the spot.

Tips are welcome and never expected. Leave one in cash, or add it when you pay by card.

There is no line and we take no walk-ins: every visit has its own time. Waits can vary, because a visit before yours may run long. We message you the new time as soon as we know it.

If you can, have clean, dry hair and wear a shirt you don't mind getting a few clippings on. Set the chair where you want to be cut. A message tells you when we're about ten minutes away.
